KalmAid Anxious Pet Remedy is an effective fast acting liquid which promotes relaxation and reduces nervous irritability.
KalmAid may help to promote a sense of calm in dogs and cats showing signs of fear (eg. Due to lightning, thunder, fireworks etc.), anxiety (eg. Due to separation from owner or new environment) or travelling.
Also may help with unwanted or unruly behaviour (chewing furniture for instance).
KalmAid contains:
- L-Tryptophan which is an essential amino acid which affects production of serotonin. Serotonin has a calming and relaxing effect.
- L-theanine, another amino acid also has a calming effect.
- Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is added as deficiency has been associated with nervous disorders.
Suitable to give to pets before grooming and suitable for both cats and dogs.
KalmAid Liquid has been given a tasty caramel flavour to make it more palatable and easier to administer.
Application: 5mls per 10kg daily.
For dogs over 40kg, give a maximum of 20ml per day.
Ingredients: L Tryptophan, Suntheanine (l theanine), Thiamine, Niacin, Sorbitol, Carboxymethylcellolose, Caramel Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate (as preservative).
