Active Ingredient:

• Deltamethrin 1g per collar
  Deltamethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that repels and kills parasites by disrupting their nervous system. It works through contact, meaning ticks and insects do not need to bite to be affected.

Indications:

• Repellent and insecticidal treatment to:

  • Prevent tick infestations

  • Reduce mosquito bites (Culex pipiens)

  • Minimise sandfly bites, thereby lowering risk of canine leishmaniasis

How It Works:

Scalibor’s polymer matrix collar gradually releases deltamethrin over time, forming a protective shield across your dog’s skin and coat. The distribution is consistent, helping to repel parasites before they can attach and bite.

Directions for Use:

• Place collar around dog’s neck, leaving two fingers of space for comfort

• Trim any excess length

• Protection begins within 1 week of application – apply before travelling or summer exposure

• Do not use on cats – deltamethrin is toxic to felines

• Replace collar every 6 months or sooner if damaged
