I had an issue with my dog's prescription for his flea medication and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who talked me through what I needed to do and how to place my order online. A very easy to use online service. Online chat was very responsive (and informative), and made my mind up to use them.
The shopping/ordering system is very straightforward with prices that were the best I could find.
My order sat for a few days with a tag of ‘unfulfilled’ and I don’t know why, and then I got an email saying my order was on its way. Here next day.
Very positive experience, and one I will happily use next time.

I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.
